1905 Cleveland and Sandusky Brewing Company Stock Certificate
Company was founded in 1898, with the consolidation of several breweries in Cleveland and Sandusky, Ohio, including the famed Stang Brewery in Sandusky. They were hit hard during prohibition and then a 1935 strike finished them off for good. They produced a number of popular beers including Old Timers Ale, New York Special Brew and Crystal Rock Beer. Early green, 100 share certificate issued Nov. 22, 1905.
