    Description

    These two hard cover technical books were originally owned by a former employee of the Hamm's Brewery in St. Paul, MN.  Both of the books show staining and wear to the covers. Other than that the books are very nice. The spines are tight with no loose, torn, or missing pages. Both are very readable and would be of interest to anyone involved in brewing beer.

    Bottling and Canning of Beer: Published in 1955 by The Siebel Institute.  209 pages. Technical information on the bottling and canning of beer. Numerous fold out color schematics. and block diagrams of brewery equipment. Also provides additional information on cans, bottles, crowns, and labels.
