Offered is this 3 1 by 1 1 inch brush with a 2 3 inch mirror on top. Made by the Parisian Novelty Company, the brush bristles are in good condition with some minor silver loss to the mirror, light foxing\soiling under the celuloid and a bad spot underneath shown in the last picture. See images.
