This antique embroidery transfer pattern No. C8261 (made in the U.S.A.)possibly of the late 1800’s or the early 1900’s of Days of the Week Sun Bonnet Sue and Farmer Boy,
or….Sunbonnet Sam, Overall Bill, Overall Andy, Sunbonnet Sam, Suspender Sam, Fisherman Jim.
There are just nine motifs – Sunday through Saturday and 2 for pot holders that were designed for tea towels, linens, or even pillowcases. This old pattern has Sun Bonnet Sue dressed in long dress, with bonnet and apron, and Farmer Boy in his overalls.
