Scarce.  Could not find another one like it.
W.S. Nott Company was established in 1879 and is STILL in business today!
The company began by making and selling leather belts for lumber & milling industries.  By the early 1900's, they had expanded into other leather goods and began producing hand-drawn fire engines, steam pumps & motorized fire engines.  I'm assuming this advertisement is for fire fighter hoses.
Mirror does show wear from age and use
