    This Carlisle 60344 roast pan is the cover for the 60345 roasting pan (sold separately), but can double as its own open roaster with a 28-qt. capacity. It is made of 16-gauge aluminum for strength and resistance to corrosion, with two steel bands for reinforcement. This roast pan/cover has riveted drop handles for carrying and measures 4.5 x 18 x 24 inches (H x W x L). (H is height, the vertical distance from the lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; L is length, the horizontal distance from front to back.) Carlisle manufactures food service equipment and supplies and sanitary maintenance tools and supplies for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. The company, founded in 1954, is headquartered in Oklahoma City, OK.
