Florida Airways' Gainesville to Jacksonville service was originally scheduled to start simultaneously with the Orlando to Tallahassee leg, but was deferred until FRebruary 15, 1947. GOrlando and Ocala held covers addressed to Jacksonville, and did not postmark them until February 15.
