17" FOLK ART RATTLESNAKE RATTLE, 3-D Fish & Turtle Riding on Top, Glossy Paper Mache

This auction is for a 3-dimensional paper mache or papier-mâché rattle handcrafted in the form of a rattlesnake with a turtle and fish riding on its back. The snake is painted a glossy black with bright multi-color geometric designs. Seeds inside make for a rattling sound when shaken. This would make a unique gift for any child fascinated with reptiles (not recommended for younger babies or toddlers), or for a sophisticated folk art collector. It would also make a great addition to any classroom or homeschool environment for science or art class.
