This item comes as as shown. The exterior of the amp has a lot of wear/usage but looks pretty good. It requires 3 AA batteries, not included. It is tested. When turned on, the lights flash and a little songs plays. The knobs turn well, and they react as they should. It seems like there might be areas on the adjusting that don't react perfectly, but when you get the power knob and the volume knob to the right spots, they react like they should. I have inserted a microphone (with a small plug insert) into the mic plug. It does not seem too loud but it's OK. The same with the volume, not too loud but OK. Again, it might just take a some adjusting the knobs around until you get a good connection. As is, but still cool nd rare.Please contact me with any questions prior to purchase.
