i am not sure if this was a mirror and this backing was behind the mirror and the mirror broke or if it was made this way. i have seen a few others that had note taking surfaces on the underside but those were marked with the word "notes"

no breaks in celluloid
very clean and bright celluloid
some paint loss to underside rim
