This pattern was sold by McCall Pattern Company.  There is no date on the envelope or on the instruction sheets, but it sold for .00!
The pattern and instructions are factory folded and uncut.  This is a collection of 29 individual design motifs for flowers and butterflies.  Look at the pictures of the front and back of the envelope.  Rather copious instructions for using the transfers.  Embroidery stitches are illustrated.
