Metal Clad Munsingwear Underwear Advertising mirror with Gibson Girl 2 3/8”
This pretty, metal backed pocket mirror is advertising Munsing Wear. A lovely young lady that has the characteristics of a Gibson girl appears to be blowing a kiss. It reads; Don't Say Underwear - Say Munsingwear - Let Munsing Wear Union Suit You. Then in very tiny print it reads; Translucent Geneve. The round mirror is beveled. I don't know what the metal is but it is non magnetic and I assume it is nickel or nickel plated brass.
It measures about 2 3/8" in diameter and is in nice condition. The metal does have some small dents and little dimples and the bezel around the mirror is wrinkled in places. The mirror side is not cracked or broken. It does have a little scratches.
