Old Postcard, Middletown, N.J., Howard Johnson's, Divided Back, Postally Used

Description

This postally used old postcard depicts the Howard Johnson's Motor Lodge in Middletown, New Jersey.  The back has a handwritten message and address, a six cents postage stamp, and postal cancellations.
Please note that the address block has been covered for privacy; but paper can be removed with no damage.
Measures approximately 3-1/2 inches x 5-1/2 inches.
The postal cancellation is for August 1970 but this depicts a 1960s Howard Johnson.
This is a divided back postcard. The back has a small map showing its location and identifying such sites as Sandy Hook Bay and Garden State Parkway.
The front of the postcard features three photos with center band identifying the name of the motel and its location.
