This brazier is constructed of durable 20 gauge stainless steel and features a heavy-duty 3-ply bottom, consisting of two layers of stainless steel surrounding an 4 mm aluminum core. Thanks to its aluminum-clad bottom, this brazier distributes heat evenly and quickly to its bottom and sides, and won't pit, discolor, or transfer flavors.
