We are offering an 1880s Victorian booklet "
Summer and Winter"
by Raphael Tuck & Sons.  (3 1/4" x 4")  Illustrated by Albert Bowers, Bertha Maguire, and Cheverton White.  The booklet was designed and printed at Tuck's studios in England.
This is a delightful little book with a beautiful poem that begins with summer and then moves on to winter.  Winter symbolizes death, and the poem compares the season to the death of a Christian who will rise again, as the winter sun goes down only to rise again.
