Fair condition;
Steel rim around mirror is rusted and missing most of finish; has heavy scale and probably some pitting;
Advertising side has some stains and shows wear;
Mirror is missing some backing in spots; see photos;
Despite the condition, it is a nice uncommon advertising piece to add to your collection.
