Beautiful petite lamp-dripping with Sparkling , Glitzy .... European Crystal Prisms.  Three Cast brass metal nude cherub sculptures playing trumpets on the post -see photos. Delicate gilt metal bobeche at the top with crystal prisms with beaded Opaline blue beads and clear crystal prisms.
Blue clear glass ball insert at the top;  The metal is  a combination of brass/bronze  and tole metal  with gold painted finish. This petite hanging fixture takes a standard size bulb (not incl). Has a loop at the top for hanging and comes with 9' foot long electrical cord with switch in line and plug at the end and is a plugin swag lamp. NO chain
