This is a vintage Hagen Renaker Billy Goat Kid Rearing #239 miniature figurine.  It measures approximately 1 1/8 inches high by 1 7/8 inches long.  Glossy finish.  Retired.  Produced from 1954 to 1955, and again in 1979.
