Up for your consideration is a stunning Asian-inspired, Mid-Century Modern Classic pendant lamp by Gerald Thurston for Lightolier. With brass fittings and a fiberglass shade overlayed with walnut strips, circa 1957-1962. The hanging length is adjustable with the metal weight; it lifts and turns in circles. Pleated vinyl diffuser casts a wonderful, glare-free light. Holds three bulbs for great task or general lighting.
A lightweight yet large ceiling lamp measuring around 2ft 5" in diameter or 29".
Supported by over a 6ft original  hardwired retractable clothed cord with brass finishings, weights and clips. One of the walnut strips is broken in half along with one or two of them slightly loose but can be tucked in at the top, please see the attached provided and feel free to message me with any questions you may have.
