Gorgeous! The wiring is in nice condition and the fixture is working well. No chips or cracks in the glass shade - a couple tiny chips in the top of the glass "neck", but these aren't seen unless inspecting closely and feeling for them. She is clear glass with gold and black details, and can be hung by a ceiling hook, ceiling canopy or chain (not included). She uses 4 standard-base short-height light bulbs (not included).
